Waterproof

Waterproof 🌧️  Designed to keep you dry no matter the weather. Yes, we're talking about standing in the pouring rain all day kind of waterproof, not just showerproof. Our fabric is laminated and treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellant) spray to ensure the water beads straight off you. In technical terms it's 10,000mm rated

Windproof 🌬️  All seams are taped to ensure no wind (or rain) can get through, keeping you warm and dry

Breathable 😅  It's not one of those keep you dry, but make you sweat kind of jackets - because what's the point in that! The way we create our fabric and waterproof it ensures that it remains breathable and your body can breathe whilst wearing it. Rated 10,000g breathable

Artist Collaboration

Behind the print: Shanai Kellet is a Yorta Yorta/Juru descendent and the talented artist behind 'Banksia Forest', which takes you on a historical walk to Bushrangers Bay on the Mornington Peninsula, on Boon Wurrung/Bunurong country. To the local Aboriginal people it was an everlasting food supply chain, protection and shelter. Follow Shanai's art at @malogaart

Fabric ♻️  High quality, durable and comfortable; made from 100% recycled polyester. Our fabric is made from recycled PET bottles that are GRS certified (Global Recycled Standard); a third party certification ensuring they are post-consumer, with over 31 bottles recycled per jacket

Factories 🧵 Fabric made in Taiwan, garments made in Xiamen, China by a BSCI certified factory; ensuring healthy and safe working conditions and fair wages

Packaging 📦 Plastic free packaging; in a home compostable garment bag, wrapped in tissue paper, sent in a home compostable mailing bag (made from corn starch)

Waterproof

It's crazy we even need to clarify that our raincoats are actually waterproof; but a lot of raincoats don't keep you dry in a light drizzle, let alone in pouring rain.

Our waterproof jackets are rated 10K waterproof, with all seams taped meaning they'll actually keep you dry; whether you're ducking out for a coffee at work, or hiking for multiple days in all day long pouring rain.

You've probably previously had a raincoat previously that made you sweat, which whilst cheaper to make, of course is no good. Our jackets are rated 10K breathable to ensure you won't sweat whilst you're keeping dry from the rain.

Over 30 bottles recycled in every jacket, to create our 100% recycled fabric♻️

Sustainable

We believe sustainably made should be an essential, rather than a nice to have. Our jackets are made from 100% recycled fabric, made from post consumer recycled bottles that are Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certified, ensuring your old water bottles get a second life.

Sent in plastic free packaging, with one tree planted for every order, they're the more sustainable choice when it comes to raincoats.

Perfect raincoat

Love this raincoat! Not only does it look good but is very comfortable and most importantly breathable! The only raincoat I’ve used that doesn’t have me sweating within minutes. I also love that the pockets are big enough for my iPhone XS Max and the large hood fits over my ponytail or bun without constantly falling down. I’m a size 8-10 and got the XS and it’s a perfect fit with enough room for layering underneath. Whenever I wear it I get a lot of people admiring it and asking me where I got it. I’m more than happy to tell them about this great Aussie company that uses sustainable practices.

Can’t wait to wear it.

I had ordered an XS, but returned it for a S, as I felt I needed a looser fit in the sleeves. Return was smooth - emailed the return AU post code to Team Timbuktu and they posted the Small out.

At 155 cm tall it gives me good coverage, almost wish it was longer!
